8.57am – At 8am this morning we left our cabin for the last time and said farewell to Ronald ‘our man’ who has looked after the cabins in our section of Deck C. He has been such a cheery chap, meticulous at his job and has always addressed us by name throughout our time aboard.
We’re sitting outside on the Lido Deck having had a very large breakfast and are awaiting being called to disembark to go home.
4.15pm – All back home now, unpacked and washing machine on with its first load!
What a wonderful holiday we had. Everything about it was superb and Saga certainly achieved their stated goal of surpassing our every expectation on the cruise.
